
Propertymark is set to launch a new referral and lead generation platform for its members aimed at helping agents share business opportunities and generate additional instructions.
The platform, called Connect, will officially launch on 1 June and allow Propertymark member agents to send and receive referrals, valuation requests and property instructions through a network of property professionals across the UK and overseas.
Connect will also provide valuation leads from consumers through Propertymark’s partner network, with agents able to receive enquiries from homeowners looking to move.
The platform has been introduced as relocation trends continue to shift, with more movers relocating for affordability, lifestyle and hybrid working reasons. Propertymark said the system is intended to help agents manage out-of-area referrals and maintain contact with clients moving between regions.
Agents using the platform can search for referral partners based on factors including service standards, responsiveness and instruction volumes.
According to Propertymark, Connect has been developed to help members access valuation opportunities, establish referral partnerships, generate additional revenue streams and work with verified property professionals.
Propertymark has also created a dedicated onboarding team to support members using the platform and assist with setup and training.
